HSBC has upgraded its recruitment system. For returning candidates who may already have an active user profile, please input your email address as User Name and then select “Forgot your password”. An email will be sent directly to your email address so that you can retrieve your password. Once your password has been retrieved, please input User Name and Password to continue. If you receive a message that “The value you have entered in the field “User Name” does not correspond to a registered user”, please go ahead and create yourself as a new user by clicking on “New User” button.” Please note internal employees should access the internal link via MyHR Desktop and utilize their Employee ID as their User Name.  Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk. Returning user
